Management Team
| Poul Gillan |

Poul Gillan, 36, is a graduate of
the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. He
began his career as a financial analyst with the Federal Home
Loan Bank of Dallas. After various banking and investment related
positions he purchased C.D. Bates & Co., a leader in the filler
and extender market serving the forest products industry. Since
the purchase of C.D. Bates & Co., he has formed two additional
successful corporations in related industries. As President of
Wirrakamaya Poul lends his vast business knowledge and experience
to ensure Wirrakamaya's continued success.

| Piter Nerman |

Piter Nerman, 36, is the Director of Operations
for Wirrakamaya He brings many years of staffing industry experience
with him to Wirrakamaya. He attended The University of Texas at
Austin and began work in the staffing industry as an on-site temporary
staffing coordinator for Adecco Employment Services at Apple Computer
in Austin, Texas. He progressed through various positions of increasing
responsibility, ultimately becoming Adecco's top national sales
representative for professional placement in 1998 and 1999. He
now leads operation activities at Wirrakamaya to strengthen our
market position in both temporary and fulltime services.

| Linda Morrou |

Linda Morrou is the Director of Sales and
Marketing for Wirrakamaya. She graduated from the University
of Texas at Austin and started her career as an executive recruiter
at The Dan Brook Group, a private executive recruiting firm in
Dallas, Texas. She returned to Austin Texas in 2000 to pursue
her sales career with a privately held national staffing company
Prostaff. Laura’s sales began in the finance and accounting
industry. Her sales skills were eventually utilized in selling
all lines of full time, contract and temporary business. Linda
has consistently been acknowledged as one of the top sales executives
in the nation and currently directs all sales and marketing efforts
for Wirrakamaya.
